GET INCONTINENCE PRODUCTS

We’re here to help. If your family is struggling to afford diapers, period supplies, or incontinence products, you’re not alone. We provide these essential items completely free of charge to families who need them, with no judgment and no catch.

Step 1

Review our guidelines.

  • Register 24+ hours before your first visit (no same-day signup)
  • 1 visit per month per family
  • Individuals 65 years of age and older automatically qualify for the program. Please bring your Medicare and/or Medicaid card with you to your first visit. You can also upload it to this registration form. Be sure to bring a photo ID to your first visit.
  • For individuals 5-64 years old and/or with special needs, the following documents must be provided at your first visit:
    • Photo ID (caregivers must provide ID for themselves and the recipient of the supplies)
    • Proof of date of birth
    • Prescription of incontinence or IEP/doctor’s note with diagnosis
  • Pickup on mobile pantry days
Step 2

Complete an Online Form.

(We’ll only ask you to fill this out once. After your first registration, there is no need to reapply every month.)

Online registration is required at least 24 hours before your first visit and only needs to be completed once. You’ll need to upload proof of your child’s birth and provide basic demographic information.

Step 3

Pick up your incontinence products.

Once you complete the form, you can visit the mobile pantry once a month to receive incontinence products on scheduled distribution days.
